Hi!  I'm Kelli and I'm so glad that you found my blog!

I'm a Texan, born and raised.  I love to travel and learn about other cultures, but the good Lord has kept my permanent home in the Lone Star State where I met my amazing other half, Kevin.

There might have even been a lot of cowboy boots at our wedding...

I'm a Baylor Bear...

I now work as a CPA for a commercial real estate company.  (No fun photos of that!  Unless you want to see me preparing a tax return. Ha!)

Kevin and I have two perfect doggies, Luci and Riley, who think that they're humans, shed like crazy, but we love them to death and can't imagine life without them.  They're our babies!

I love the color green, cheddar jalapeno cheetos, red wine and cooking.  I wish I could say I'm an amazing cook, but I'm not...I'm great at executing other people's recipes and can make up a few of my own but I usually keep it simple and try to cook healthy.  I am venturing into the baking world and I'm afraid I'm starting to like sugar a little too much.

My family is so important to me, both biological and the one I married into...

And mostly, importantly, I am a sinner saved by grace.  Jesus Christ is my reason for living and the One I aim to glorify with my life.  I am not perfect, but strive to just live for God one day at a time.
